Welcome to an exciting new initiative now being offered by Skipjack: "Skipjack Certified". Skipjack Certified is aimed at ensuring the quality of Skipjack integration to payment-enabled applications for participating third party integration partners. It promises to deliver significant benefits to integrated vendors and merchant users that are unavailable to those who are not certified.

By being certified, integrated vendors have committed to providing applications with the same attributes that our merchants value: dependability, reliability, and ease of use .

What does this mean for Vendors?

By becoming Skipjack Certified you will:

• have the opportunity to be selected for a feature in newsletters sent to our reseller and banking channels
• have exclusive access to our Agent, Referral and Reseller programs
• be given higher priority in Solution Finder application searches
• be given a "Skipjack Certified" logo to place on your webpage to indicate your Certified status
• be able to communicate to your clients that you are committed to providing the most accurate and secure method of transmitting credit card transactions

What does this mean for Merchants?

As a Merchant using a Skipjack Certified solution, you can be confident that the transaction data you send to Skipjack will be secure and will be processed quickly and correctly. Vendors must undergo a certification process during which we at Skipjack verify that their programming meets the most stringent of requirements.

What is the Skipjack Certification Process?

The certification process takes approximately one hour and is typically approved within three to five business days. To become certified you must develop your own solution, complete and submit the certification application, and successfully complete the certification demonstration with us. When you are ready to begin the certification process, let us know what time and date are best suited for you and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

There are two ways to complete the certification. The first is to provide a test account or test user with access to your solution. The other is to attend an online meeting which our team will arrange. The meeting allows the team to view your monitor so they can validate various Skipjack responses.

Before you submit your application, make sure you review the sample certification script . This will provide you with details about what will need to be certified and how.
